  • We have built an ecosystem which manages end-to-end the price updates, product lifecycle decisions, commercial terms for a global supply chain (products&services) organisation, allowing the users to smoothly interact with the tool through an easy-to-access intranet-facing web interface, whilst in the backend the inputs generated by the users are directly integrated with the corporate ERP systems through APIs and interfaces. This solution allows our client to continuously keep up to date their dynamically changing global purchasing catalogues and price lists with minimal efforts and be able to extend such changes in a system-to-system manner to their operating companies (with a global footprint) in nearly real-time. The purchasing power and commercial value managed through this ecosystem is in a multi-billion EUR yearly range. The savings and benefits attributable to the efficiencies the solution provides already amount to millions of Euros since inception. We use an unique and customer-focused agile approach when expediting delvierables, in order to follow the quickly changing needs and circumstances our client faces. We are proud that the system continously operates with an NPS score between 50 and 80, World Class.

  • The unique toolkit allows our client to store contractual rebates, discounts, diverse funds, lumps sums and a great varierity of other incentives which can be directly linked to different commercial deals, products and certain terms thereof. These conditions, either conditional or guaranteed, can be later recalled to be controlled, reconciled, settled and either credit or debited to the supplier-base, as per actual business performance and pre-agreed terms. The tool manages a combination of more than thirty (30) suppliers and fifteen (15) markets around the globe. There are several in-built control points, approval gates, compliance and enforcement mechanisms, as well as workflows and a connection to a Data Visualization solution which allows real-time tracebility of balances.

  • We have created a consolidated data-flow out of more than ten different data sources and types by having these reconciled, uniformed and automated, resulting in a robust data-push as a baseline for an experimental procurement product. The solution removed the burden of reconciliation of Big Data from the commercial community, indirectly allowing the human workforce focusing on strategy, whilst the execution could be experimented with as part of the POC. It significantly contributed to reduce data-preparation time (hours vs. days).
